It is difficult to find goods in a chaotic warehouse. How to choose storage shelves?
It depends on your specific needs and the weight of the goods stored.

According to the different bearing weight, the commonly used shelves for stacked storage can be divided into three types: light shelves, medium shelves and heavy shelves.

Bare shelves are under 200 kilograms per floor, which is estimated to be the largest demand at present and suitable for most warehouses to store goods. The shelf price of this specification is not good, the quality requirements are not high, and the general problem is not big.

Medium-sized shelves are shelves with a load of 200 kg -500 kg per floor, which are also common shelves, in order to meet the requirements of most factories, mines and warehouses. And are also common shelves. Because shelves of this specification require high load-bearing capacity, attention should be paid to the selection. It is recommended to choose U-shaped columns and shelves with hooks, and the weight is generally not less than 45 kg. At present, many shelves with C-shaped columns and butterfly buckles have also begun to make this specification, but from the point of load-bearing and safety, it is actually impossible to match the eagle mouth with the U-shaped column. The medium-sized shelves produced by our factory are U-shaped, and the nominal load of the shelves of Hercules brand is 280 kg, and the actual safety factor is 1.6 times. Basically, the weight below 500 kg can basically be temporarily borne, and the weight of 400 kg can be used for a long time. Ordinary C-port columns, with a nominal weight of 280 kg, are of good quality and can barely meet this standard, but most of them can't. After all, there are more than one third more U-shaped columns than C-shaped columns.

Heavy-duty shelves are shelves with a load of more than 500 kilograms per floor. Under such load-bearing requirements of each floor, the material and quality requirements of the shelves are very high. It is suggested that the transverse brace and diagonal brace of column should be fixed with screws instead of welding. Welding with only one solder joint is not acceptable, and the requirements are higher.
