It uses the advantages of fast optical three-dimensional scanning speed and white light harmless to human body to scan the whole body or chest circumference of human body from multiple angles and directions within 3-5 seconds. The whole-body (half-body) scanning system scans a plurality of optical 3d scanner through computer linkage control, and then realizes automatic splicing through computer software to obtain accurate and complete human point cloud data.
The point cloud data of human body obtained by whole-body (half-body) scanning system contains accurate three-dimensional information of all parts of human body (the overall accuracy is 0.5mm). Based on human point cloud data, that is, point cloud data model, a complete human mesh model, that is, patch model, can be generated. Based on the point cloud data of human body, the precise parameters of different parts of human body can be obtained through the parametric digital processing software of human body.
