China Bank's Personal Online Banking Debit Card Appointment Replacement:

1. Log in to personal online banking, click the account overview, click "More" in the "Operation" column after the debit card account to be changed, select "Make an appointment to change the card", and follow the menu prompts. You don't need to verify the security tools during operation.

2. The system card number, customer name, original card product name, new card product name, card replacement time, suggested fee, etc. And judge the name, address and telephone number of the card receiving outlet displayed by the card issuing bank.

You need to fill in the customer's name (capital English or pinyin) and mobile phone number. The mobile phone number filled in is only used for this business notice.

4. If you need to change the card receiving address, please click "Change the card receiving outlet". Please confirm the outlet and click "Select", and change the name of the card receiving outlet on the application page.

5. After you click "OK" on the application page, the reservation is successful. After you receive the notification message, you will be prompted: the last four digits of the debit card number, the card collection time, the name and address of the card collection outlet.

Tips:

1. The system will automatically deduct the card replacement fee when making an appointment for card replacement, and the fee amount will be clearly displayed on the application page. You need to ensure that the status of the old card account is normal and the RMB balance is sufficient. Deduction fee can be queried through card transaction details;

2. Reservation for card replacement temporarily does not support cross-provincial collection;

3. For special products such as military insurance cards and social security cards, it is limited that it is not allowed to make an appointment to change cards;

4. If you have submitted an application for card replacement by appointment and haven't picked it up at the counter, you will get an error message when you click on the card replacement by appointment: the card is in the state of card replacement by appointment and cannot be processed repeatedly.
