In view of the product quality defects raised by the main engine manufacturers in August and reflected in the monthly report of the sales department, it is concluded that most of the products produced and supplied by our company have the following quality defects: product color difference, color masterbatch, uneven burr or trimming, deformation, top white, weld marks, shrinkage marks, oil stains, impurities, no coating, uneven spraying or missed spraying, and screen printing.

In order to ensure that all processes affecting the quality of injection molding and spraying products are operated according to the specifications, and to ensure that these inspections are under control. In order to ensure that the manufacturing process of products meets the needs of customers, our department now standardizes its responsibilities and puts forward the following rectification measures:

1, responsibility

The quality supervisor of the technical department is responsible for the inspection and supervision of injection molding raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, and timely feedback the quality situation to the production department. Inspection is responsible for product quality control in the injection molding process according to the product instruction manual or corresponding process documents.

The products such as injection molding, extrusion and spraying parts on duty should be thoroughly inspected before storage. If there are any questions or disputes in the inspection, the quality supervisor or department leader shall coordinate and handle them, and report to the relevant responsible leaders of the company.

2. Implementation of the process;

During the production operation of injection molding, extrusion and spraying, the operator should do a good job of self-inspection, and the technical department should do a good job of sealing the first sample of the produced product before starting work, and fill in the record sheet of the first inspection. Inspectors should also do a good job in the inspection and sampling of products in the production process, and fill in the inspection record sheet. If the operators find unqualified products during the inspection and report to the leaders on duty, they should ask the operators on duty to rework the products in time.

Record and mark, and re-check the reworked products until they meet the product quality requirements. The inspection control of products inspected by inspectors should be judged and implemented according to the requirements of Inspection Guide for Injection Molded Parts and Sprayed Parts.

3, the process of environmental control

Finished products, semi-finished products, qualified products and unqualified products of injection-molded parts and spray-painted parts should be neatly placed in the specified areas and marked as required. Inspectors have the right to control and coordinate the process.

4. Quality control before warehousing

Before the products are put into storage, the inspector shall confirm whether the stored products are qualified, and the qualified products shall be stamped with the inspection seal on the product certificate. And do (sampling warehousing records) injection molding, spraying (product warehousing personnel) should be stamped with the inspection seal according to the product certificate before warehousing, and products without the inspection seal identification shall not be warehousing. If it is confirmed unqualified before warehousing, it shall promptly notify the relevant parties to rework. If it is impossible to rework in time or for other reasons, the re-inspection personnel shall identify the nonconforming products, fill in the (rework record sheet) and report it to the relevant responsible person for coordination. The warehouse should be divided into product areas, managed according to the requirements of relevant regulations on warehouse management, and the quantity of products in storage should be accepted. Products without inspection stamp on the product certificate shall be rejected, and products without certificate and inspection stamp shall not be accepted.

5. Process improvement

When quality management personnel find problems, they should correct them in time, analyze them and find out improvement methods. When the production conditions of injection molding, spraying and other production departments change (such as changes in materials, facilities and personnel, etc. ), the quality inspector should reconfirm the above process, reconfirm and take measures to ensure the changes that affect the process and capabilities.

Respond when necessary. Process measurement and monitoring are important means and methods to supervise and control quality. The purpose of operator self-inspection and inspector inspection is to supervise and control the quality and process effect in the production process, and corresponding inspection records need to be filled in.

6, injection parts, spray parts product quality requirements:

Cleanliness requirements: the surface of the product is bright and clean, without dirty marks and oil stains. The surface parting surface is smooth, the surface is dark, and there is no bump or orange peel, so there is no impurity on the surface. Trim neatly, without serrated edges, trim width ≤0.5mm, sprue trim neatly, white print is not particularly obvious, and burrs are not allowed everywhere on the assembly visual surface. The color shall be the same as that of the color sample and the sealed sample parts, and the parts without sealed samples shall meet the color standards marked in the drawings, and the whole set of parts shall have no obvious color difference by visual inspection; The overall color is uniform, and the thickness of the straight line part is uniform; There are no wrinkles, bubbles and burrs that obviously affect the appearance. The diameter of impurities whose directly exposed surface is inconsistent with the paint color should be less than or equal to 0.3mm at each point, and the diameter of impurities whose visible surface on the front of a single plastic-sprayed part is less than or equal to 0.3 mm should not exceed 5 points. Under natural light (not direct sunlight), the surface of plastic-sprayed parts is not exposed, and the handles and corners are not obviously exposed. There shall be no scratches or scratches on the surface. Paint piling, orange peel and paint hanging can't appear on the surface and edge. Pinhole-like cavities and impurities are not allowed on the cross section. Color: the surface color is uniform and should be consistent with the standard color sample or sample seal.

Side A: the surface visible in normal product operation. Such as the top cover, front end and interface of the product.

B-side: a surface that is not common in normal product operation. Such as the sides and bottom of the product.

C surface: refers to the unexposed surface of the product structure. For example, the inner surface of the product and the structural parts on the inner surface, structural dimensions, material performance and quality requirements, and key matching dimensions shall conform to the drawings.

And sample seal size requirements. Characteristics of spraying materials; The main routine testing properties are: coating adhesion, alcohol resistance, coating hardness and adhesion strength. The products of manufacturers designated by Okay must be used. If the manufacturer is changed, it must be confirmed by relevant departments of Okay Company before the change. Spraying materials need non-toxic paint and relevant supporting documents provided by the Environmental Protection Agency. The following other properties are type test items: coating thickness, coating gloss, coating flexibility, coating impact strength, coating chemical resistance, coating water resistance, coating wet and heat resistance, coating gasoline resistance, coating weather resistance, hot water resistance test and coating cold and hot cycle impact.

Hardness of coating: the hardness of coating is required to be above1h. According to gb/t 6739 "Pencil Determination of Paint Film Hardness", 5 pens and no more than 2 pens are qualified, and the ends of pencils need to be polished every time; When testing each spraying part, draw five lines as evenly as possible, such as the front panel of mobile air conditioner: draw one line on the front, left and right sides, and two ends on the top; Split frame: front, left, right and back; The testing tool of coating hardness adopts Mitsubishi brand pencil imported from Japan, and the testing instrument adopts qhq-a coating pencil scratch hardness tester (commonly known as handcart).

Adhesion of coating: tested according to gb/t9286. After standing at room temperature for 16 hours, the adhesion of the coating should not be greater than 0 grade by grid method. The spacing of scribers is 1mm, and the blade is always perpendicular to the surface of the sample during scribing, and the force is always uniform, subject to the scratch of the coated substrate. Adhesion strength: After standing at room temperature for 16h, stick a special 3m non-transfer adhesive tape on the surface of the coating for 2h, and peel it off at the right angle at the speed of 1~2mm/s without falling off. Alcohol resistance of paint film: stick cotton cloth soaked in alcohol on the surface of paint film respectively, and rub the paint film with cotton cloth soaked in pure alcohol for 50 times with the weight of 1000g and the load of 150g. There is no discoloration, peeling and exposure on the surface of paint film, and the product weight should meet the weight specified by sales department and technical department, 65,438+. The allowable deviation of product weight between 500g- 1000g is 1%, and the allowable deviation of products below 500g is 3% (for injection products).

7. The quality of marks, packaging, transportation and storage marks requires that qualified label cards should be attached to the packaging of manufactured parts, and the label cards should indicate the name, model, production date, manufacturer's name and production batch number of the manufactured parts.

Packaging: Parts shall be packaged as required (including inner packaging), and reliable measures such as anti-extrusion and anti-scratch shall be taken for the packaging of parts. Multi-model products are not allowed in the same box, and good measures should be taken to prevent them from colliding with each other. Handling and transportation (mainly plastic bags, bubble bags, packing boxes, pe protective films, etc.). ): The direct influence of rain, snow, exposure and various pollution should be avoided during handling and transportation. Avoid excessive force when loading and unloading, and handle parts carefully. During transportation, the parts shall not be stacked more than 5 layers, and tools that damage the product quality shall not be used.

F) Strengthen the control before the products are poured to ensure that all products are cooled after being poured.
