Shooting process
From June, 20 16 to April, 20 17, director Zhao Baogang led the crew of Deep Sea Sword to shoot in Dalian, Qingdao, Wuhan, Sanya, Ningbo, Beijing, Xiangshan and other cities, as well as the Naval Submarine Academy. After 154 days of shooting, the play was successfully completed in Xiangshan.
The navy paid unprecedented attention to the drama "Deep Sea Sword" and provided great help to the crew during the filming process. The whole shooting took 154 days, of which 137 days was completed in the scene of the army.
Director Zhao Baogang led the crew to overcome the difficult shooting conditions such as narrow inside the submarine and lack of oxygen, and went deep into the submarine for real-life shooting, and went out to sea many times, using destroyers, helicopters and drones, striving to show the strength of China's naval submarine force in all directions.
In order to achieve the most realistic effect, the crew chose to shoot in the submarine, which not only ensured the authenticity and professionalism of the picture, but also ensured the beauty of the picture.
