The rapid development of Yichang in recent years is obvious to all. But while rejoicing in her rapid development, we have to face a living reality. My hometown, a city once surrounded by various reputations, is now being forgotten by people day by day.
What happened to my hometown? What is missing? Why can't I get sick and develop?
No resources? No, she is a corner of Jianghan Plain, 70 kilometers along the river, with fertile land and rich products. This is a famous land of fish and rice.
Is there no tradition or culture? No, this is by no means the main reason. In recent years, countless celebrities have emerged in this hot land. At the same time, Provincial Model No.1 Middle School sends a large number of talents to domestic universities every year. They should be the talent pool and information base for building their hometown.
No good leaders? Maybe. I don't have enough evidence to prove it. However, this is definitely not the main reason. In my opinion, the main reason for the decline of my hometown is the lack of convenient transportation. Yes, with the railway, Jingmen has changed from a jurisdiction to a charming city in China; Xiantao, with the national highway, has developed rapidly and become one of the top 100 counties and cities in China. What about my hometown? The east and south are embraced by the Yangtze River, the west is blocked by water, and there is a river in the north. It's rare that things outside come in and things inside can't get out. What can we talk about? Especially in recent years, the shrinkage of water transport has driven my hometown to a dead end. Yidu, which is adjacent to us, has convenient waterway transportation, convenient railway transportation and convenient highway transportation, which provides a strong guarantee for the economic development of Yidu.
There are no railways, no bridges, no good policies and strategies, no ... all the capable people have gone out, leaving only a stagnant pool and a government that needs to be updated urgently, which is reasonable!
As a native of my hometown, my heart was extremely painful, and a beautiful and rich place fell, so it was forgotten by the times. I'm really unwilling! I take the liberty to write to you today, hoping that you can pay more attention to the development of some small cities with resources, traditions and culture, and consider such small cities more when planning and building, and give them a chance! I believe: Give Z a chance and it will give Yichang a surprise!
I am here to convey
welcome
