The reporter learned that Nanyuan Village is located in Nanyuan Township, Fengtai District, between the South Fourth Ring Road and the Fifth Ring Road, covering an area of 297.8 hectares. It is a typical village in the city. For a long time, the infrastructure here is backward, the living environment is poor, the industrial orientation is low, and the economic sources are few.

In addition, villagers in some villages still use their own wells as drinking water, and there is no drainage channel for domestic sewage, which brings great inconvenience to villagers' lives. Most of the villagers' economic sources are mainly land and housing rental income, and the population gathers in disorder, which has serious security risks.
