Marriage certificate is an agreement between men and women when they got married in ancient China, which originated in the Tang Dynasty. Marriage books include marriage proposal cards, engagement forms and marriage forms, on which are written the names and birthdays of both men and women, as well as the names of referees, hosts, betrothes, grandparents and great-grandparents.
