Second, the recruitment conditions and recruitment targets
(1) recruitment conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system, and have good conduct;
3. Household registration in this city (or household registration in this city when ordinary colleges and universities enroll students);
4. Candidates voluntarily engage in public security and police auxiliary work, have a strong spirit of hard work and loyalty, keep work secrets, obey work arrangements, be healthy, and have no tattoos and infectious diseases;
5. Have other qualifications and requirements required for the recruitment position (see the position table for details).
(2) Recruitment target
1. The applicant should have a nationally recognized education;
2. Applicants must obtain academic certificates before registration;
3. The following persons shall not apply:
(1) active servicemen or students in ordinary institutions of higher learning with national education sequence;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the applicants shall not apply for positions that should be avoided;
(3) Being investigated for criminal responsibility or being suspected of committing a crime, and the case has not been closed;
(4) Being dismissed, dismissed or rescinded due to violation of laws and regulations;
(5) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;
(six) other circumstances stipulated by the state and the province that are not suitable for police assistance.
Three. Recruitment procedures and methods
Based on the principle of "openness, fairness, competition and merit-based", this recruitment work is organized and implemented according to the steps of announcing recruitment items, registration and preliminary qualification examination, written examination (0 1- 15 post), physical fitness test, interview, assessment, physical examination, investigation, publicity and employment.
(a) announced recruitment matters
According to the principle of "advance notice, openness and transparency", the recruitment information will be announced to the public through the website of Jingjiang Municipal People's Government before registration.
(2) Registration and prequalification
1. Registration method
This registration adopts my on-site registration method, and does not accept registration by letter, internet or telephone. Please refer to the post table for the registration location of each post.
The preliminary examination time for registration and qualification is from April 25th, 2022 to April 27th, 2022 (9: 00 am-165438+0: 00 pm, 2:30-5:00 pm).
2. The following materials shall be submitted at the time of registration.
(1) I recently took two one-inch color photos with the same bottom bareheaded;
(2) The original and photocopy of my valid resident ID card, the original and photocopy of my household registration book, the original and photocopy of my diploma, and the original and photocopy of relevant certificates provided by party member and demobilized soldiers;
(3) Screenshots of "Sukang Code" and "Travel Card" updated on the same day. Persons who have recently lived in high-risk areas outside the country (territory) or in China and have completed the 14-day centralized isolation period and 14-day home health monitoring period since entering or leaving the high-risk areas shall provide their green "Sukang Code" on the same day.
(4) Original and photocopy of other relevant certification materials required by the recruitment position.
3. Matters needing attention in registration
(1) After the applicants have passed the preliminary examination, fill in the Application Form for Recruiting Labor Dispatchers in Jingjiang Municipal Organs, Enterprises and Institutions; Applicants can only choose one position of a company to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be the second-generation ID card within the validity period. Once the registration is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
(2) Applicants shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted materials and forms. If it is untrue or inaccurate, once verified, it will be disqualified;
(3) The proportion of the examination for this recruitment is 1: 3. After the registration, if the number of applicants can't reach the proportion of opening exams, Jingjiang Public Security Bureau will study and determine to reduce the proportion of opening exams and reduce or cancel the recruitment plan.
Get a ticket
Applicants will receive the admission ticket with their ID cards, and the time and place of collection will be notified separately. If it is not collected within the time limit, it will be given up automatically.
5. According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, you must wear a mask when registering, keep a distance, take the initiative to show "Su Kang code", "travel card" and "place code", and cooperate with temperature measurement. Candidates from other places in Jingjiang need to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when registering, receiving the admission ticket and taking the exam.
(3) Examination
The exam is divided into written test, physical fitness test and interview.
1. Those who apply for the position of 0 1- 15 take the written test, physical fitness test and interview. The written test takes the form of a closed book, and the content is public basic knowledge. The full score of written test 100, 60 is the lowest qualified line. The physical fitness test of the participants in the written test is not included in the total score, but they must reach 50 points in the physical fitness test. Those who fail to pass the written test and physical fitness test are not allowed to enter the next recruitment link.
2. Those who apply for the position of 16-32 participate in physical fitness tests and interviews. The full score of physical fitness test 100, 50 is the lowest qualified line. Those who fail to reach the qualification line are not allowed to enter the next recruitment link.
Men's physical fitness test content: 100m, push-ups, standing long jump; Women: 100 meters, 1 minute sit-ups, standing long jump. The scoring standard of physical fitness test results shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Exercise Standard of the People's Police of Public Security Organs.
3. Interview. According to the ratio of job recruiter 1: 3, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score (the same score in the follow-up). If the ratio of the number of job recruiters to the number of interviewers is less than 1: 3, the interview will be conducted according to the actual qualified number. The interview takes the form of structured interview, with full mark 100 and 60 as the minimum qualified line. Those who fail to meet the minimum qualification line are not allowed to enter the next recruitment link.
When taking the exam, applicants must bring the admission ticket and valid identity documents, and show the "Su Kang Code", "Bus Pass" and "Place Code". Please refer to the admission ticket for time, place and matters needing attention.
(4) Evaluation
Among the applicants, retired soldiers will get 2 points, * * * party member will get 2 points, and bachelor degree or above will get 2 points.
(5) Total score calculation
After the interview, those who apply for the position of 0 1- 15 will calculate the total score according to the written test score *50%+ interview score *50%+ assessment score; For those who apply for the position of 16-32, the total score shall be calculated according to the physical fitness test score *50%+ interview score *50%+ assessment score; The written test scores, physical fitness test scores and interview scores are all kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off.
Relevant results were published on the website of Jingjiang Municipal People's Government.
(6) Physical examination and inspection
According to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1, medical examiners are determined according to the total score from high to low. If the total score is the same, it will be determined according to the interview results; If the interview results are still the same, another interview will be organized to confirm. If the medical examination needs to be delayed due to pregnancy, after passing the medical examination, the examination and subsequent steps will be entered according to the procedure. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to Jingjiang Employees' Entry Physical Examination Standard. The medical examination fee is self-care.
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by Jingjiang Public Security Bureau and implemented according to the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Police Auxiliary Personnel of Public Security Organs in Jiangsu Province.
When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, unqualified investigation, voluntary abandonment of candidates, etc., among the qualified candidates, the total score will be replenished from high to low (the total score is the same; According to the interview results, if the interview results are still the same, another interview will be organized.
(7) Publicity and employment
Candidates who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the designated website for 3 working days and accept the supervision of the society and applicants. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled. When a vacancy occurs in a recruitment position due to reasons such as unqualified applicants in physical examination, investigation and publicity, voluntary abandonment, etc., the total scores of qualified interviewers in this position will be filled in order from high to low. After going through the employment examination and approval procedures, it will not be replenished.
After the publicity, Jingjiang Municipal Labor Dispatching Management Service Center of organs, enterprises and institutions shall go through relevant formalities and sign labor contracts, and send them to Jingjiang Public Security Bureau for work. The dispatched personnel will be given a probation period of 2 months, and those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified.
If the social employees to be employed have signed a labor (employment) contract or agreement with the original work unit, I shall be responsible for the termination according to the relevant provisions.
Fourth, epidemic prevention and control.
This recruitment will implement epidemic prevention measures according to the requirements of normalization of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, and adjust relevant work arrangements appropriately when necessary. Applicants are requested to understand, support and cooperate with relevant measures and requirements for epidemic prevention and control. Special reminder: All participants in this recruitment should wear masks in strict accordance with the requirements of the organizer, and cooperate with epidemic prevention measures such as temperature measurement and code inspection.
