(4) prevent colds, military training in summer, the weather is hot. After the military training, it is suggested to go back to the dormitory to rest first, and then take a bath with hot water. It is not recommended to wash with cold water, because cold and hot can easily cause a cold.
⑤ Injured during training; In the training process, if you are not careful about muscle tissue strain, sprain and skin abrasion, apply to the coach for treatment in the infirmary and follow the doctor's advice.
