A-type supply chain is structurally opposite to divergent supply chain, and its outstanding feature is that the core enterprises in the supply chain have a large number of suppliers, while facing a small number of end customers, the whole chain is in a state of top-down contraction and convergence.
This is a typical convergent supply chain network, such as aviation, automobile and heavy industry enterprises. These enterprises have public parts and standard parts warehouses determined by forecasted demand.
