Servicemen, full-time non-fresh graduates, personnel currently engaged in police auxiliary work and those who are prohibited from employment according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam. Full-time non-fresh graduates who are studying are not allowed to apply for the exam on the condition of obtaining academic qualifications.

On-the-job candidates must be approved by departments or units with the right to hire. Directional and entrusted training graduates to apply, must be approved by the directional and entrusted training units. Fresh graduates who have signed an employment agreement with the employing unit must terminate the agreement with the contracting unit or obtain the consent of the contracting unit before applying. Relevant certification materials for agreeing to apply for or terminate the employment agreement shall be provided during the on-site qualification examination before the interview.

Registration and qualification examination

Candidates voluntarily register according to their personal wishes and the contents of the recruitment brochure. 4. The originals and photocopies of the following materials are required for registration:

Examination content

The examination is divided into physical fitness test, written test and interview.

(1) Physical fitness assessment. According to the Notice of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, the Provincial Health Planning Commission and the Provincial Public Security Department (Lu Gongtong [2065438+07] No.30), the * * * evaluation includes three contents: "10 m× 4 running back and forth", "vertical jump touching the height" and "man 6550". Physical fitness assessment is a standard assessment and is not included in the comprehensive score. One of them is not up to standard, which is regarded as unqualified in physical examination and cannot be determined as a candidate for physical examination and political examination.

Subjects must strictly abide by the relevant provisions of physical fitness assessment, and I will independently complete each assessment item by item. Before taking part in the physical fitness assessment, I must sign the confirmation of my physical condition. Violation of the relevant provisions of physical fitness assessment by means of impersonation or fraud. Will be disqualified from physical fitness assessment. Those who fail to participate in the physical fitness assessment at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the physical fitness assessment. Only those who pass the physical fitness test can enter the written test.

(2) written test. The written test takes the form of unified proposition and closed-book examination, which mainly tests the party's basic theory, basic knowledge, basic laws and regulations and writing. Full marks 100, and the examination time 120 minutes.

(3) interview. Those who pass the physical fitness test are calculated according to the proportion of physical fitness test scores and written test scores accounting for 50% respectively. From high score to low score, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1.5. The interview mainly tests the candidate's comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, language expression, emergency response and other comprehensive qualities, as well as the candidate's image and temperament. The total scores of candidates are calculated according to the proportion of written test and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, and the candidates for physical examination and political examination are determined according to the proportion of 1: 1.

Physical examination and political examination

Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, the Health Planning Commission and the Public Security Department on Defining the Physical Fitness Assessment and Physical Examination of Police Auxiliary Staff in Public Security Organs (Lu Gong Tong [2017] No.30). The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicants. Political assessment of candidates who have passed the medical examination. The political assessment shall be conducted with reference to the relevant requirements of the political investigation of the people's police of public security organs, focusing on whether there is a situation in which auxiliary police are not allowed to be employed. If the number of employees fails to reach the number of recruits due to unqualified medical examination and political examination, they will be replenished according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

After passing the examination, political examination and physical examination, if there is no objection after five days of publicity, the employment service development center will go through the formalities and send them to the auxiliary police post of Yanzhou Branch of Jining Public Security Bureau. The employment service development center signs a labor contract with the hired personnel for a probation period of three months. After formal employment, the monthly salary payable is about 3,700 yuan (including social insurance and housing accumulation fund paid by units and individuals), which is dynamically adjusted. After the year-end assessment, the monthly salary of qualified personnel will increase by 100 yuan every year.
