Why do many people boycott Starbucks?
The boycott of Starbucks took place in the United States. The reason is that a Starbucks in Philadelphia, USA, was rejected because two black people wanted to use the bathroom of Starbucks. The manager of Starbucks store found that the two black people refused to leave the store without spending money in the store, so the manager called the local police and the police arrested them when they arrived.

Previously, Starbucks publicly announced its support for the BLM movement, but banned employees from wearing BLM-related T-shirts or brooches on the grounds that they did not meet the clothing requirements. After learning about Starbucks' ban, people called on people to boycott Starbucks. At present, many people have called for a boycott of Starbucks on Twitter, and the topic is still very hot.

According to American media reports, although Starbucks expressed its support for the "black life is also life" activity, in an internal memo, employees were explicitly prohibited from wearing clothes with this logo.

Although Starbucks has issued a statement, promising to take action to support blacks and donate money to relevant organizations, it was resisted because of the problem of employees' work clothes.
