"Red Space" COSPLAY club currently has 20 to 30 employees, and it is still increasing. As the number of club staff has been shaped into a medium-sized and large-scale society, the division of internal management is naturally clear. The club also has COSPLAY clothing production department, external relations department, stage script writing department, dance choreography department and other branches to manage all COSPLAY activities of the club in a unified way. The establishment of the dance choreographer department is mainly because "Red Space" is mainly good at dancing, so most stage performances will adopt this form.

While participating in COSPLAY, the agency also produces COS clothing. At present, many free COSER have ordered the COSPLAY clothing made by this organization. At the same time, it also sells clothes to major animation franchisees in Beijing, including Man Qingfeng, Long Original, Benbenwan and many other animation franchisees. At present, the agency is preparing to set up a comic club.

2. Beijing's role-playing madhouse-

Beijing COSPLAY Madhouse was established on September 1 2003, and it is an amateur club specializing in COSPLAY activities in Beijing. It was at that time that COSPLAY spread rapidly and flourished throughout the country, and the COSPLAY madhouse in Beijing also matured with her "crazy" spirit. Up to now, the COSPLAY madhouse in Beijing has changed from a small community with only a dozen people at first to a community carrier with 108 members. Beijing COSPLAY madhouse is by no means a club that wins by numbers, and its achievements in the industry should never be underestimated. Since the establishment of the association, almost all members of the COSPLAY madhouse in Beijing have been arrested at exhibitions in Beijing. Almost every time I go on stage, I get a warm welcome and response from the audience. Beijing COSPLAY madhouse won the prize all the way in the competition and gained a certain popularity in Beijing COSPLAY circle!

Beijing COSPLAY insane asylum has very loose requirements for patients. Patients in Beijing COSPLAY madhouse can join or represent other COSPLAY societies. Generally, patients are not strictly required to participate in comic exhibitions and community COSPLAY activities in the name of hospitals. If there are activities, "patients" want to perform on behalf of other societies or families, and the hospital will not interfere; If "patients" wish to perform on behalf of our hospital, "madhouse" is very welcome. That's it. Under the influence of the enthusiasm and appeal of Beijing COSPLAY Madhouse, a group of young people who are full of enthusiasm and yearning for COS, as well as some COSER who are well-known in the COS field, have devoted themselves to the embrace of the big family of Beijing COSPLAY Madhouse. It is these fresh blood and energetic beating forces that keep Beijing COSPLAY madhouse moving forward and growing.

At present, Beijing COSPLAY insane asylum has implemented a grouping system, and the whole community is divided into several groups: performance, seiyuu, originality, production and logistics. This is to let members better find their own position and contribute to the development of the community. After more than a year's community operation, the organization and operation of the COSPLAY madhouse in Beijing have undergone some changes, but the heart of loving COS has always been unwavering.
