Wool industry is a characteristic industry in Fushiqiang Town, Da Lang. There are nearly 10,000 wool enterprises in the industrial cluster centered on Da Lang, forming a perfect industrial supporting chain. The "wool design and management specialty" offered by our school has begun to take shape. There are seven functional rooms, including design room, woolen numerical control loom room and woolen training room. Seven school-enterprise cooperation training bases have also been established, and wool spinning enterprises have been introduced into the school. The major of wool design and management has made remarkable achievements since its establishment two years ago. In 2006, Hui Zhou, a wool major, won the gold medal in the 6th China (Da Lang) Wool Clothing Design Competition. Now many enterprises want us to recommend wool professionals. I believe that with the efforts of the teachers and students of the whole school, wool spinning specialty will have broad prospects and become the backbone specialty of the whole province.
